Jat’s career began at a property development and finance company where he eventually managed ledgers and procurement for multiple sites. Jat’s expert IT skills have allowed him to create a company-wide cloud-based data centre and develop a sophisticated financial database to forecast project values.
Jat manages procurement by tracking prices from all major suppliers to ensure the company is always purchasing at the most competitive prices, as well as buying collectively for multiple sites to provide greater economies of scale. He has created strong working relationships which allow him to obtain the lowest price points and flexible terms; and prides himself on being able to find the most suitable financing options for every project.
Kev is an experienced entrepreneur who has helped manage companies in wholesale plumbing & heating and property development sectors. Kev has now streamlined his business activities solely into property development projects and has already a number of successful projects within his portfolio.
Through working closely with bridging companies, Kev’s knowledge of the property development industry has allowed him to understand the importance and nuances of various financing opportunities and products.
Amardip is our Senior Quantity Surveyor and is also a qualified Building Surveyor. He has worked with some of the UK’s largest home builders to ensure that their projects are delivered on time and on budget. He has many years experience working on new build and refurbishment projects for both commercial and residential use and has
successfully delivered large projects for Southwark Council, Lambeth Council and the Newham Council.
